Responsibilities
The Consórcio Business Manager is responsible for expanding and consolidating Rodobens Consórcio's market presence through strategic management of the commercial partner channel.
Identify and prospect potential commercial partners with the capacity to boost consórcio share sales.
Carefully evaluate the reputation and alignment of prospective partners with Rodobens Consórcio's values and ethical standards.
Manage the onboarding and registration process for new partners.
Plan and deliver comprehensive training for partners' sales teams, ensuring mastery of products and processes.
Promote continuous development of the partner network to achieve sustainable sales growth.
Maintain close, active day-to-day relationships with partners (both "hunter" and "farmer" management).
Act as a specialist consultant, directly supporting complex sales and resolving operational and after-sales issues.
Ensure responsive service and efficient resolution of requests within established deadlines.
Keep partner sales teams motivated, engaged and aligned with Rodobens' mission and targets.
Monitor performance indicators and propose action plans to maximize results.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Own vehicle and availability for frequent travel.
Skills: Effective leadership. Clear and persuasive communication. Deep knowledge of the market and the product/service. Negotiation. Time management and organization. Data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Mandatory knowledge: Partner Management, Active Consulting, Sales, After-sales, Conflict Management and Resolution, B2B/B2C.
Preferred knowledge: Consórcio and its rules, business models and sales team structuring.
Communication and influence: Ability to negotiate, motivate teams and build strong relationships.
Agility: Ability to respond quickly to market and partner demands.
Problem solver: Proactive, analytical approach to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
