Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, production and inventory management of all physical components that support the retail store environment
- Manage the creation of retail fixtures, in-store graphics and branded elements ensuring they meet quality, cost and brand standards
- Lead the operational processes that support store projects, including new store openings, remodels and brand initiatives
- Oversee all third-party vendors involved in production, logistics and installation
- Manage third-party vendor partner responsible for store fixture shipments, installations and warehousing
- Ensure that processes and execution meet or exceed Benjamin Moore’s premium value proposition
- Develop and maintain operational workflows and processes
- Identify opportunities to increase process efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage departmental budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent business experience)
- Overall knowledge of store planning, store operations, project management
- Experience in managing direct reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
- Up to 10% travel may be required
