Responsibilities
Oversee the development, production and inventory management of all physical components that support the retail store environment
Manage the creation of retail fixtures, in-store graphics and branded elements ensuring they meet quality, cost and brand standards
Lead the operational processes that support store projects, including new store openings, remodels and brand initiatives
Oversee all third-party vendors involved in production, logistics and installation
Manage third-party vendor partner responsible for store fixture shipments, installations and warehousing
Ensure that processes and execution meet or exceed Benjamin Moore’s premium value proposition
Develop and maintain operational workflows and processes
Identify opportunities to increase process efficiency and reduce operational costs
Manage departmental budget
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent business experience)
Overall knowledge of store planning, store operations, project management
Experience in managing direct reports
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with adherence to deadlines; flexible to shifting priorities
Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
