IT Application Manager working closely with businesses and managing applications in a large technical services firm. Focus on process management, project lead, and collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities
Support and further development of currently seven central applications (e.g., DocuSign, Auditor Plus, CM Pro and additional tools related to documentation, compliance and workflow)
Capture requirements, analyze them and support implementation (business units → IT / providers / vendors)
Manage changes (including coordination, communication and tracking)
Contribute to integration projects, company mergers and migration decisions (subproject leadership)
Introduce new tools, deliver training and support users (change management)
Technical topics within the role: service/monitoring, certificate management, mobile access solutions, SQL integrations
Requirements
Vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker or equivalent) or a degree with an IT background
3+ years of experience in an IT environment (e.g., IT Administrator, System Engineer, Application Support / Application Management)
IT knowledge at an administrative level (client-server, Windows Server, SQL, support processes)
Structured, analytical way of working and a desire for continuous development
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
