Responsibilities
Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time placement solutions
Market to Technology leaders via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
Participate in local association and networking events
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Technology degree preferred
2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a Technology related field is preferred
Proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
Combination of business development and account management skills are required
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven track record of success and competitive self-motivation.
