Responsibilities
- Build workflow logic using Lua scripting
- Work with APIs and prepare technical documentation
- Create dashboards and reports in Looker to show trends, risks, and improvements
- Be the main point of contact for clients using our RegTech products
- Support onboarding, run demos, and help integrate our solutions
- Build strong relationships and ensure clients get real value
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects smoothly
- Stay updated on regulatory trends (KYC, KYB, AML, etc.) and help clients stay compliant
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to explain technical ideas in simple language
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, STEM, or similar
- Basic understanding of scripting logic (or a willingness to learn!)
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Experience in B2B customer support or account management is a plus
- Exposure to fintech, banking, payments, or compliance is a plus
- Knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML, or general RegTech concepts is a plus
- Experience with Python or Lua coding is a plus
