Responsibilities
Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for contract talent solutions
Market to law firms and corporate legal clients via video, telephone and conduct in-person and virtual meetings
Participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract professionals to ensure exceptional customer service
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal degree/certification or law degree preferred
2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a legal-related field is preferred
Strong desire to build a career in business development
Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven track record of success and being a competitive and self-motivated individual
