Identify, Design and scale AI-driven innovations (e.g., automated contract redlining, contract analytics, negotiation, predictive sourcing) within the Source to Contract solutions/systems.
Transforming traditional Procurement tools/systems by architecting Agentic AI systems that transition from 'human-led/system-supported' to 'AI-led/human-governed' workflows.
Author and maintain critical architectural artifacts, including Solution Design Documents (SDD), Technical Specifications, and Integration Data Flows, ensuring a "Source of Truth" for future scalability.
Ensure all technical designs and documentation comply with GxP, Data Privacy (GDPR), ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) and Roche-specific security standards, facilitating smooth internal and external audits.
Define and govern the multi-tier landscape strategy (Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, and Prod), ensuring environment parity and robust regression testing protocols.
Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans (UAT(User Acceptance Test), SIT (System Integration Test), and Performance Testing) to ensure solutions meet the highest standards of stability and performance.
