Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' business processes and translate their functional needs into technical specifications.
- Develop, configure and maintain custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems.
- Design and maintain reports, data extracts, dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Develop PL/SQL automations and REST API-based web services.
- Participate in testing phases and contribute to the validation of developed solutions.
- Identify and resolve common technical issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Document and explain technical practices and procedures to users and internal teams.
- Propose technical improvements and provide support to less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in ERP customization, application development or systems integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Skills in REST API development and web services integration.
- Experience creating reports, data extracts and reporting solutions.
- Good understanding of ERP modules, business processes and technical system configuration.
- Comfortable communicating with clients.
- Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently within a structured methodological framework.
