About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design for a future platform of sales, products and services by assessing existing systems and emerging business models and needs.
- Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies within DE&I and TD.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Maintain clear communication with DE&I Management and Global IT to confirm alignment between systems and business needs.
- Evaluate market technology options for suitability, including software and hardware solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related fields
- Overall Experience – 15+ Years (5-10+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of leading architectural decisions or teams)
- Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise data management & IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in programming languages & database management
- Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF, ZACHMAN or GARTNER
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems
- Working knowledge of development operations and automation like Kubernetes etc.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
- Soft skills: Strategic Thinking, communication, leadership, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
