Responsibilities
Operate CRM platforms and automation tools to execute multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, among others);
Create, validate, and manage audience segmentations and lists based on behavioral and customer profile data;
Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in campaigns;
Track schedules and approval workflows to guarantee on-time deliveries;
Conduct A/B tests and monitor campaign performance metrics;
Document processes and propose continuous improvements to the operation.
Requirements
Previous experience in CRM and/or Growth;
Bachelor's degree completed in a related field;
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RD Station, Oracle Responsys, or similar);
Skill in data manipulation and segmentation (intermediate SQL is a plus);
Familiarity with CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.);
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple demands;
Experience with Insider;
Experience with automated lifecycle/triggered campaigns (marketing automation flows);
Intermediate to advanced SQL;
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies.
