Responsibilities
Develop, expand and grow the cable protection business unit
Build the brand for power supply / electrification in the German market
Strategic and sustainable Key Account management in Germany
Continuous monitoring of grid and HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) infrastructure projects and their requirements
Manage acquisition activities from project costing and proposal preparation through contract negotiation with investors, grid operators, utilities, etc.
Close collaboration with international sales teams in cable protection
Market research and identification of market potential in the high‑voltage cable protection segment for HVDC transmission lines
Strengthen and position the sales brand and market presence
Organize and deliver company and product presentations as well as trade show participation for the cable protection business area
Requirements
Technical or commercial education or equivalent qualification with a focus on project and sales experience in high‑voltage cable protection
Professional experience in high‑voltage cable protection – ideally in passive telecommunications technology or communications engineering / electrification projects
High willingness to travel nationally as a Key Account Manager (preferably based in the northern part of Germany, from the Frankfurt Heights northwards)
Strong sales personality with a pronounced customer focus
Confident appearance and a structured way of working
Personal responsibility, initiative, commitment, independence, loyalty and flexibility
Ability to work effectively in national and international B2B environments
Proficient in Office applications and CRM systems
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
