Senior Regional Director driving revenue growth for Remerge, leading the regional revenue organization and account management in China.
Responsibilities
Set execution standards and lead performance management.
Set clear performance expectations for Sales, Account Management and Ad Operations team leads and manage them toward consistent commercial execution.
Coach leaders to raise performance standards, strengthen pipeline quality, improve account expansion, and address underperformance across the portfolio.
Drive the region’s revenue organization scaling strategy.
Define how the regional revenue organization evolves as the market grows — including structure, resource allocation, and leadership development — ensuring the organization scales efficiently and remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Develop and execute competitive commercial tactics.
Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape, customer needs, and partner ecosystem to identify commercial tactics that strengthen Remerge’s position in the market and increase win rates, share of wallet, and long-term account value.
Represent regional market needs in product and service development.
Assess market feedback, competitive dynamics, and customer demand to advocate for product and service developments that increase Remerge’s competitiveness in China.
Own executive relationships with strategic accounts.
Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients and partners to strengthen trust, unlock strategic opportunities, and support major commercial initiatives.
Strengthen Remerge’s market presence in the region.
Represent Remerge in the regional ecosystem through strong personal leadership and market presence, contributing to brand credibility, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities.
Requirements
At least 7 years of significant leadership experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing, with responsibility for revenue growth and regional business outcomes.
Proven track record managing multi-functional commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations) and building disciplined operating structures that improve portfolio health, client retention, and revenue durability.
Deep knowledge of commercial tactics across acquisition and retention.
Ability to identify and gather insights that can be translated into competitive actions, and drive their implementation with clear ownership.
Strong understanding of revenue-generating functions, their structures, and the operational requirements needed for them to perform effectively.
Ability to set clear expectations and enforce accountability on performance management.
Ability to coach second-line leaders, provide constructive feedback, and set clear development goals.
Maintain a network of trainers and coaches to support individual growth.
Experience operating in complex, fast-moving markets and translating global strategy into effective regional execution.
Fluency in English is a must; business level in Chinese will be a plus.
Holding a valid work permit for China.
