About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the PHP relationship, working in close collaboration with internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Serve as a primary senior contact for partner stakeholders, developing strong and trust-based relationships while ensuring alignment on operational priorities, experience goals, and performance excellence
- Identify and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams across legal, client analytics, operations, product, and engineering to drive towards shared outcomes, while partnering closely with program management to provide strategic oversight of projects.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior internal leaders, including the C-Suite, synthesizing partner insights, risks, and opportunities to drive growth
- Conduct post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, external (client or partner) facing roles, or consulting with relevant healthcare experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional engagements
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Proven experience managing complex projects and diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred).
