Responsibilities
Develop IT strategies and roadmaps for customer-centric digitalization projects
Act as the interface between business and IT, understanding requirements and possibilities
Plan and implement solutions that balance innovation goals with technical feasibility
Develop target architectures and derive viable projects and programs for digital transformation
Translate new business ideas into concrete technological requirements and support their implementation
Take responsibility in consulting engagements, design project initiatives, and serve as the primary contact for Customer Experience
Provide subject-matter leadership for subprojects, e.g., for client onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
Solid professional experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Service, or E‑Commerce
Good sense for topics such as IoT, omnichannel, digital customer experiences, and innovative business models in both B2B and B2C environments
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and ability to organize independently
Business acumen and the ability to assess new trends and technologies
Ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1)
