Responsibilities
The ambition of our Strategy practice is to work on high-impact issues and help solve complex, stimulating problems across sectors such as Banking & Insurance, Agri/Agri-food, and others.
Your role within the Insurance team will be to actively contribute to the success of our high-stakes strategy and transformation projects for leading insurance players and to help solve complex and stimulating problems. Examples include: How to transform customer service and the insurer/insured relationship through AI
How to develop a profitable strategy for health prevention services (musculoskeletal disorders, mental health)?
How to contribute to a more inclusive society by developing sustainable, tailored insurance products?
How to increase commercial effectiveness through an appropriate partnership strategy
Contribute to iQo’s commercial success: develop iQo’s commercial territories.
Take part in workshops with prospects by delivering pitches that showcase the firm’s expertise through innovative commercial proposals.
Contribute to innovation in the Insurance sector: develop forward-looking, innovative perspectives on the insurance business to ensure we remain relevant when supporting our clients.
Help grow iQo by getting involved in internal initiatives related to organization, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
Requirements
Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or a university master’s program
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in strategic consulting for the insurance sector
Experience in managing and steering complex, high-stakes assignments or programs
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
An entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a desire to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven firm.
