- Your role within the Insurance team will be to actively contribute to the success of our high-stakes strategy and transformation projects for leading insurance players and to help solve complex and stimulating problems. - How to develop a profitable strategy for health prevention services (musculoskeletal disorders, mental health)?
- How to contribute to a more inclusive society by developing sustainable, tailored insurance products?
- How to increase commercial effectiveness through an appropriate partnership strategy
- Contribute to iQo’s commercial success: develop iQo’s commercial territories.
- Take part in workshops with prospects by delivering pitches that showcase the firm’s expertise through innovative commercial proposals.
- Contribute to innovation in the Insurance sector: develop forward-looking, innovative perspectives on the insurance business to ensure we remain relevant when supporting our clients.
- Help grow iQo by getting involved in internal initiatives related to organization, knowledge sharing, and engagement.
Requirements
- Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or a university master’s program
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in strategic consulting for the insurance sector
- Experience in managing and steering complex, high-stakes assignments or programs
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a desire to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven firm.
