Responsibilities
- Make Aircraft Releases as Part 125 AMT on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies
- Perform as an Applicant for ODA Recurrent Ticketing activities for the 737 MAX aircraft
- Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
- Provide education, coaching and review of Quality Management System
- Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships and communication with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
- Develop and execute business plans, policies and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 1+ years of experience with the Boeing process for releasing aircraft for flight, maintaining airworthiness in accordance to the policies and procedures
- 3+ years of Line Maintenance and/or MRO experience
- Must have a current FAA Airframe and Power plant (A&P) License and available on request
- Must be willing to support a multi-year Expat assignment in Zhoushan, China
- Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
