Responsibilities
Structured, experienced and independent management of complex new-build and renovation projects
Proactive project control (schedules, costs and quality) according to AHO across all service phases and project stages, including responsibility for meeting cost, schedule and quality targets
Ongoing development of your skills through external and internal training and coaching
Cost and schedule management including the required soft skills for client engagement and the hard skills for using commonly used software tools
Professional and meaningful assessment of project quality, schedules and costs and their preparation for the client
Leadership of a team of project engineers
Regular reporting to senior management
Management of project measures of all sizes and levels of complexity
Requirements
You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services (TGA), Industrial Engineering, Project Management or a comparable field.
You have relevant professional experience in project management/control in building construction — for example in schools, day-care centers, commercial buildings, swimming pools, fire stations, residential developments, potentially also listed/heritage buildings or hotel facilities.
Confident use of common MS Office tools as well as the associated hardware and software is part of your daily work.
You demonstrate a quick grasp of new situations, teamwork and reliability and work loyally with your team.
High motivation and the willingness to continuously develop yourself complete your profile.
Ideally, you also hold a Class B driving license.
