About the role

  • Assistant.e ADV/logistique for transport service at RC Group, analyzing data and ensuring efficient delivery follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process Excel data (mail merges)
  • Create warehouse labels and schedule appointments
  • Request pickups from suppliers
  • Ensure delivery tracking (including dispute resolution)
  • Liaise with various departments (group colleagues, suppliers, carriers, etc.)
  • Enter reporting data
  • Update customer files
  • Check invoices and credit note requests when necessary
  • Attend weekly team meetings

Requirements

  • Two- or three-year degree (Bac+2/3) in Transport, Logistics and/or International Trade
  • Or holder of a BTS in Retail Management (MUC) or SME Management (Gestion PME/PMI)
  • Proficient in Excel required (VLOOKUP, IF function, PivotTables)
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and active listening for internal and external communication
  • Analytical, rigorous and responsive
  • Ability to manage stress and handle urgent situations
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word
