Responsibilities
Perform required administrative duties for the assigned group
Provide backup assistance to other AAs in the department as needed
Type and proof various documents
Prepare and organize correspondence, materials, and presentations
Assist attorneys with preparing for hearings
Produce reports as requested
Assist in the logistical coordination of meetings, luncheons, and local office events
Serve as a liaison with Enforcement Training
Process registrations and track attendance for training
Assist with presentation room technology and setup
Arrange travel and expense reports as requested
Undertake special projects as requested
Demonstrate FINRA's values

Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum two years of related administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Good organizational skills

Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Must be flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
