Responsibilities
- Record, monitor and process customer complaints, inquiries and requests received through customer service channels.
- Support analysis and investigation of product-related complaints in coordination with internal departments.
- Track deadlines and action plans resulting from customer service interactions.
- Monitor and assist in the preparation of reports and KPIs for the customer service area.
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customers.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.
- Assist in organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Intermediate English
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in customer service (SAC) within the pharmaceutical industry
