Analyst for Technical Training contributing to pharmaceutical innovations and training programs. Supporting internal training demands and analyzing improvement indicators within the company.
Responsibilities
Support the mapping and implementation of learning solutions, knowledge pathways and training programs aligned with the needs of the business areas and company strategies.
Provide internal support for requests related to the Training and Development area.
Monitor, update and analyze department indicators, contributing to continuous improvement of processes.
Manage and update the training matrix.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring quality and participant engagement.
Source and evaluate vendors, tools and partnerships focused on people development, including obtaining quotes and negotiating.
Work with departmental systems (e.g., SAS) and evaluate the effectiveness of delivered trainings.
Support the organization and facilitation of onboarding sessions in partnership with the HR team.
Perform other related activities as directed by leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
Experience in Training & Development, including supporting training delivery, developing materials and monitoring learning activities.
Proficiency in Excel (minimum intermediate) and familiarity with KPI/indicator analysis.
Experience with training management systems (LMS/SAS) is a plus.
Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, chemical or healthcare industries) is a plus.
