About the role
- Analista de Tecnologia II managing CloudBlue platform at Algar. Responsible for operations and technical support in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for the CloudBlue platform, ensuring its operation, evolution, and integration with other systems;
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve high-complexity incidents;
- Support business and technology teams in defining solutions and improvements for the platform;
- Participate in integration projects for new products and partners into the marketplace;
- Ensure the platform's security, availability, and performance;
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions;
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service continuity.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of ICT marketplace platforms (preferably CloudBlue);
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
- Proficiency in integrations via APIs (REST, SOAP);
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus, etc.);
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, DevOps, and information security;
- Previous experience in Level 3 technical support or administration of complex technology platforms;
- Experience working in telecommunications environments is a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- PREFERRED:
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP);
- ITIL Foundation certification;
- CloudBlue-specific certifications will be considered an advantage.
