Responsibilities
Deliver Team Members HR Service support to managers and Team Members
Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, providing high-quality, timely and professional customer service
Perform HR data entry into HR system and resolve tickets (ticketing system: Service Now)
Take initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of People policies, practices, and procedures, create process maps where applicable
Perform duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
Speak very good English and Italian (C1 level minimum)
Eager to develop within the field of HR
Customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
Present excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and a strong working knowledge of MS Office would be a strong asset, not a must-have
Experience using Case Management software would be an asset, not a must-have
