Senior Analyst in International Customer Service managing markets like Asia-Pacific and North America. Focused on data analysis, KPI development, and external distributor management.
Responsibilities
Management of international markets: Asia-Pacific, North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa;
Administration and analysis of area data, including:
OTIF (On Time In Full);
Fill Rate;
Backlog pairs (production and staging);
Leading weekly meetings with Manufacturing, the Distribution Center, and international market teams;
Development and monitoring of KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement of results and performance;
Management of external distributors, ensuring service levels and long-term relationships;
Conducting various analyses focused on operational and commercial performance;
Managing operations and supporting strategic decision-making;
Leading specific projects with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement;
Participating in internal and external meetings to promote alignment across global operations;
Structuring and executing communication plans with distributors and commercial directors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade (COMEX) or Economics;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Knowledge of SAP;
Advanced Excel proficiency;
Familiarity with Power BI preferred;
Fluent English for communication with distributors;
Knowledge of the OSGT system is desirable.
