Responsibilities
Customer communication and customer service: you are the first point of contact for customers after they have submitted an order to us
Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
You help us assess properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
You review documents and, by applying your (new) expertise and various valuation methods, determine the actual value of a property
You assist in preparing appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and are interested in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
Coordination skills: you can juggle different inquiries, customers and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
Alternatively (if junior): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Initial knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style and a strong focus on quality
Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
