About the role
- Sales Ops Analyst supporting the commercial strategies of Quality Digital. Focused on CRM governance and performance indicators with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the CRM (Bitrix), ensuring usability, standardization, and data quality;
- Define and monitor commercial KPIs, supporting the end-to-end sales cycle;
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance visibility;
- Develop strategic reports and predictive analyses to guide business decisions;
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations;
- Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements in sales processes and funnel;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams for data integration and result visibility;
- Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization within the CRM;
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields;
- Experience with CRM (preferably Bitrix);
- Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation);
- Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a process-oriented mindset;
- Experience monitoring commercial/performance indicators;
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Business Intelligence, or Revenue Operations;
- Knowledge of SQL or integration/ETL tools;
- Experience in technology companies, consulting, or B2B SaaS.
