Responsibilities
You will be the architect of our revenue engine — owning systems, data, processes, and GTM alignment from pipeline to renewal.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize funnel efficiency, improve forecast accuracy, and enable fast, repeatable growth across EMEA.
Design and optimize the lead-to-renewal workflow across Sales, Marketing & CS
Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
Manage deal desk, pipeline reviews, and forecasting discipline
Support compensation design, quotas, and territory planning
Administer Hubspot: data model, automation, validation, dashboards
Maintain CRM hygiene and enforce data governance standards
