Responsibilities
Co-design and implement go-to-market and operational plans, including sales coverage models and targets.
Drive and support transformation and change initiatives across regions.
Own active monitoring of key sales KPIs and lead pipeline development.
Prepare executive-level presentations and management materials.
Own and drive strategic projects from ideation to global execution.
Serve as a conduit between central functional teams and the regional sales organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, or Economics).
5+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets and Kluster to perform analysis.
Strong business acumen to think across multiple dimensions of the business and P&L.
Strategic yet hands-on, able to operate credibly with senior management.
Trusted partner to senior stakeholders, able to influence through insight and data.
