Responsibilities
Handle the monthly payroll process for our Clients
Prepare monthly reports
Issue certificates of remuneration
Settle civil law contracts
Prepare ZUS, PFRON, PIT declarations and GUS reports
Collaborate with tax and insurance institutions
Calculate sickness benefits, working time and manage absences
Communicate with clients effectively.
Requirements
A university degree, preferably in Economics (Accounting, Finance, or related fields) or Law
2+ years of experience in Payroll operations
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
Proficiency in using MS Office
Experience in operating HR and payroll software
Practical knowledge of labor law, social insurance regulations, benefits, and personal income tax
Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
