Requirements

- Experience in payroll as primary contact, processor and providing weekly compensation analytics and data reporting
- Proficient with computer applications and excel spreadsheet management
- UKG and SAP are preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to identify problems, bringing to full resolution
