About the role

  • Manage payroll processing and regulatory compliance for assigned clients. Support client requests, contribute to reporting, and supervise payroll team members.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll for the assigned scope, including data entry and payslip verification, using the established control methods and dedicated tools.
  • Enter and verify final settlements (solde de tout compte - STC) and produce legal documents (receipt for final settlement, France Travail certificate, work certificate, etc.).
  • Master the collective agreements and sector-specific labor conventions of the client(s) managed.
  • Contribute to SD Worx reporting (indicators for billing, dashboards, or any other service-monitoring metrics).
  • Support the client with change requests and verify that configuration changes have been implemented following development tests, in coordination with support and development teams.
  • Respond to client questions within your scope and regularly organize production meetings (on a cycle agreed with the client) with an agenda and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor payroll-related regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Qualification in payroll administration
  • Minimum 4 years' professional experience in payroll
  • Active listening and ability to analyze client needs
  • Adaptability and autonomy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proactive mindset, able to provide assistance and resolve issues
  • Experience handling specific employee situations (expatriates/impatriates, redundancy/reclassification, transactional final settlements, labor court cases, etc.)
  • Ability to manage your own schedule (payroll-related constraints)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Solid knowledge of DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative) and its corrections/adjustments (able to refer to the technical specifications)
  • Supervisory experience managing the team's payroll administrators
  • Maintain documentation and manage case processing
  • Coaching and training of colleagues
  • Lead the monthly production committee
  • Professional-level English
