Responsibilities
Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy for the Advisor Channel West, driving growth and market share.
Use data-driven insights to optimize sales practices, territory management, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Product, and Compliance to deliver innovative solutions and adapt to market trends.
Stay ahead of industry developments, proactively identifying opportunities and threats.
Build and nurture relationships with key partners, senior leaders, and centers of influence within Prudential Advisors and beyond.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and external wholesalers, supporting their business growth and facilitating new product launches.
Represent the division in enterprise-wide initiatives, providing strategic input on product development, pricing, and distribution.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of External Wholesalers, fostering a culture of accountability and open communication.
Design and execute a robust talent strategy focused on skill development, succession planning, and performance management.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring the division attracts and retains top talent.
Drive measurable sales growth and market expansion through effective leadership and strategic execution.
Manage divisional budgets and resources with discipline, ensuring operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6-8 years in sales leadership, preferably in financial services.
Required licenses: Series 6, 63, 65 or 66; Series 26 within 90 days.
Willingness to relocate within the division’s geographic footprint.
