About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales results of packaging machines within the assigned territory
- Strategic market development, including new customer acquisition and performance-oriented management of sales agents
- Management of existing customers and key accounts
- Preparation and costing of quotations and their follow-up
- Market monitoring, trend and competitor analyses, and related reporting
- Preparation of visit and activity reports in the designated tools
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or qualification as a mechanical engineering technician
- Several years of experience in national and international machine sales, preferably in special-purpose/custom machine engineering
- Knowledge of the ProAlpha ERP system is desirable
- Team player with task-related flexibility, strong communication skills, and an independent, result-oriented working style
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Additional languages such as Spanish and French are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
