Developing personas based on qualitative and quantitative analyses
Simplifying communication with different user groups
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics (Information Systems)
Several years of experience in Digital Transformation, Requirements Engineering, and Project Management
Experience in consulting roles within projects
Familiarity with agile ways of working (agile methodologies)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
Good English skills; any additional national language is a plus
