Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining assigned long-term client relationships
Providing sales or consultative support to clients
Serving as the liaison between clients and operational servicing units
Participating in pricing and resource discussions
Identifying and developing new servicing opportunities with existing clients
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
Managing processes outlined in the contract
Serving as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues
Requirements
3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Treasury Management experience is preferred
University / college degree preferred
Ability to negotiate servicing agreements and fees
Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction
