About the role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in a fast-expanding segment. Secure renewals, prevent churn, drive upsell/cross-sell, and represent clients internally to shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • You own your portfolio. Concretely, this means:
  • Drive growth of a demanding, fast-expanding segment by identifying under-equipped or non-equipped departments
  • Generate incremental ARR through targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Secure account renewals and proactively anticipate churn before it occurs
  • Build long-term relationships with users and decision-makers, up to the highest levels
  • Navigate complex sales cycles in a competitive environment with method and tenacity
  • Co-develop your strategy with BDRs and CSMs to maximize collective impact
  • Act as the voice of your clients internally: surface their needs to Product and Tech teams to directly influence the roadmap

Requirements

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in sales, ideally managing strategic accounts. You understand that winning large accounts takes time and you have the patience and determination to see it through.
  • You are autonomous, curious, and a fast learner
  • You are comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and can captivate both a room and an individual decision-maker
  • You manage priorities and tight deadlines without losing focus
  • You enjoy field work and in-person client relationships; on-site presence is an advantage, not a constraint
  • You speak French fluently, and you are interested in or attracted to the legal field (experience in the legal sector is a strong plus but not required)
