- Creative mindset and curiosity for new trends.
- Familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms.
- Experience and sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset).
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong planning skills and a focus on process optimization.

- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
