- Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews
- Present structured candidate feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation within the ATS
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously across different teams and locations
Requirements
- Recruitment experience within the iGaming industry
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting technical, operational, or marketing roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Russian language skills (nice to have)
