Recruiting Specialist sourcing qualified clinical candidates for OB Hospitalist Group's hiring needs. Collaborating on strategic sourcing initiatives and improving recruiting processes in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Execute sourcing strategies to support a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Research and identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
Participate in projects to improve recruiting processes, tools, and technology
Requirements
Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting (preferred)
