About the role

• HR Consultant supporting recruitment and employee integration processes for Pflegewerk, a healthcare company in Germany. Responsible for coordinating campaigns and managing the application process.

Responsibilities

• You coordinate recruitment campaigns and manage the application process for the entire corporate group
• You are responsible for recruiting national and international employees and trainees
• You oversee the onboarding, coordination and integration of new and existing employees
• Together with the HR department, you support our employees with residency and visa matters
• You represent the corporate group externally, e.g. at job fairs and information events

Requirements

• Qualification: A completed degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification in HR
• Experience: Ideally several years of professional experience in recruiting (including applicant tracking systems)
• Personal qualities: Independent and constructive working style, quick to learn, with very good team and communication skills
• Competence: Reliability, organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility; confident user of MS Office applications and general technical aptitude
• Language skills: Very good written and spoken German
