Sales Development Representative driving growth through outbound prospecting and qualification at Payrails, a global payment software company in Berlin.
Responsibilities
You will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification
You will research and understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
You will work with CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metrics
Requirements
You have a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
You have 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
You are highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
You have the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
You are fluent in English and Arabic
