Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales, and activities in the system, ensuring data accuracy for performance tracking and future relationship strategies.
Work in alignment with the company's sales targets, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and consistently striving to exceed performance expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Experience with digital sales, preferably with payment acquirers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
Basic computer skills, such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
