Responsibilities
Execute the strategy and lifecycle roadmap for your services and applications in alignment with IT strategy.
Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders on IT topics in your area; agree, manage, and report on service performance and user satisfaction.
Ensure service availability, security, compliance, and performance; monitor KPIs/SLAs and lead incident/problem management.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement; promote process harmonization and solution/application consolidation with IT and the business.
Prepare budgets and forecasts; ensure cost efficiency and adherence to policies.
Coordinate development and project activities with IT and business teams; act as project manager for small initiatives.
Support cybersecurity improvements and IT system lifecycle management in collaboration with domain experts.
Collaborate closely with IT Service Managers, IT Process Owners, Service Desk, Automation L2/Special Systems teams, and delivery partners; partner with IT Procurement on sourcing.
Requirements
Academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in strategic IT Service Management and enterprise architecture or closely related roles.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
Strong analytical approach with a track record of proactive, metricsdriven continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust and influence across IT and business.
Background in HR is seen as a plus
Understanding of industrial/manufacturing processes in your domain; experience in metals/steel is a plus or willingness to quickly learn Outokumpu’s processes.
