Responsibilities
Join us in accelerating the growth of our Maintenance Software (CMMS) and play a key role in building a scalable and high-performing sales pipeline.
As part of a fast-growing product within osapiens, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in the UK/Nordics Market, identifying and engaging future maintenance leaders across Europe.
You will help shape the first touchpoint of our customers’ journey — connecting with production and maintenance teams, understanding their operational challenges, and positioning our solution as the foundation for smarter, more efficient maintenance processes.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B & SaaS environment - exposure to Maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments is an advantage.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in all follow-up communications.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Possess a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
Work autonomously and take initiative to streamline workflows and optimize processes.

Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. Scandinavian Language and/or Spanish is a big plus.
