Responsibilities
Order processing with focus on the company’s own brand mera and support for private-label business
Active customer management and generating orders
Receiving and entering orders, and preparing invoices and delivery notes
Checking prices, terms and product availability
Processing complaints and credit notes
Organizing transport and logistics
Close coordination with Key Account Management and field sales
Inventory management; creating and maintaining customer, product and master data
Master data maintenance in PIM, ERP (AEINS) and shop systems
Monitoring stock levels and pallet accounts
Requirements
Professional experience in inside sales
Confident in ERP order entry and logistics coordination
Understanding of well-maintained master data and smooth processes
Strong organizational skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident handling of customer inquiries and proactive communication with colleagues
Good English skills
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
