IT-Help Desk Agent managing IT administration and support for staff at OMEXOM. Engage in server and client management with strong documentation practices and user onboarding.
Responsibilities
Take on various tasks in IT administration for MS Windows servers and clients as well as mobile devices
Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and resolve incidents in 1st- and partially 2nd-level support
Ensure smooth onboarding of new colleagues and set up users and devices
Support users in the use of software and hardware
Log and track support requests in the Jira ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist departments
Document processes, system configurations and changes in Atlassian Confluence and the Jira ticketing system
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira and remote support tools
Basic knowledge of server administration and network environments
Familiarity with concepts such as DNS, Active Directory/LDAP, Wireshark, PowerShell, and the OSI model
Experience operating MS Windows Server environments is an advantage
Previous experience in IT support or a help desk is required

Driver’s license (category B or class 3)
Willingness to travel for regular regional assignments
Good command of German and English
