Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and organization of online and in-person events and trainings;
Support participants and internal clients before, during, and after events and trainings;
Help prepare documents, such as budgets and extract pre- and post-event/training reports;
Collaborate in promoting events and trainings through internal communications pages, emails, or other marketing strategies;
Assist in delivering certain training/onboarding content for new employees and in coordinating events.
Requirements
Be up to 22 years old;
Have easy access to the Mooca and Bela Vista neighborhoods (São Paulo);
Willingness to learn and develop in the areas of training, events, and communications;
Interest in humanities-related fields such as Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Pedagogy, or related areas.
