Responsibilities
Provides expert-level guidance on ERP systems, including configuration, integration, design, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
Leads system analysis, design sessions, gap analysis, and architecture discussions.
Manages backlog of enhancement work, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and execute.
Implements regulatory updates, patches, and system performance tuning.
Manages a team of consultant SMEs
Designs, develops, and maintains dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Performs data analysis, cleansing, validation, profiling, modeling, and transformation.
Communicates complex analytical findings to business stakeholders in accessible and actionable formats.
Leads small-to-medium scale projects including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Builds strong partnerships with internal business lines, technical teams, and cross-functional groups.
Prepares project estimates and drives prioritization of enhancements and releases.
Provides advanced support for ERP systems and integrations, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
Stays current on ERP and analytics technology through documentation, community forums, roadmap updates, and professional networking.
Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes innovative solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
5-10 years or progressive experience in ERP systems (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow)
Familiarity with HR Terminology
Previous Workday experience, including Prism Analytics
Experience with advanced Workday reporting tools: advanced, composite, matrix, trending, etc.
Experience with discovery boards and reporting visualization tools
Experience with reports built off of PRISM
Experience with API-enabled reports
Understanding of HR and Payroll data, transactions and objects
Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a well-organized manner
