Requirements
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
- Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- High IT affinity and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
