About the role

  • Recruiting Coordinator at Odyssey managing candidate interactions and scheduling interview processes. Central role in coordinating recruitment efforts for an AI lab pioneering general-purpose world models.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all open roles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer
  • Manage and maintain the ATS (Ashby)
  • Coordinate with Rippling and internal systems for onboarding logistics
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics
  • Support employer branding efforts
  • Manage logistics for recruiting events, on-site interviews, and candidate travel
  • Proactively identify process improvements

Requirements

  • You’ll be the operational backbone of recruiting at Odyssey
  • Demonstrated initiative and hands-on experience building and documenting processes from 0 to 1
  • Proficient in Ashby
  • Obsess over candidate experience
  • Integrate new technology
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
